Sedge warbler in song
Spent some time here trying to isolate the bird against a clear background whilst maintaining some vegetation and a sense of where the bird was. Got that far, but now wondering whether I the leaves to the right really work or are just a distraction .. thoughts?

Very nice image, love the light on the bird, BG is fine, and the singing is great, well done  :wavey:

Just for interest, this is the same bird at the top of the same stick, and was what I was trying to get away from.

Prefer the second one.
They never pose like this for me !

Likewise I prefer the lighting in the second shot, the first image suffers from very harsh contrast lighting and really needed a burst of inifll flash to soften the harsh shadows

Like them both and would be happy with either.
