Shot this a week ago yesterday at Cumberland Falls State Park in southern Kentucky. (My wife and I stopped there on the way back from a few days in the Smokies.) While Cumberland Falls itself is the main attraction at the park, I found it almost impossible to get an interesting perspective on that huge, powerful waterfall, given the weather conditions (sunny) and the relatively limited shooting locations, on both sides of the river. But I found Eagle Falls to be a more productive subject to work.

I spent more time than I care to report cloning an obnoxious branch out of the ULC which I simply couldn't avoid in the field. I told myself at the time I was setting up the shot that I was going to have to clone out that branch and it wasn't going to be any fun, but I thought the shot was worth the trouble.
C&C always welcome.
Note to CJ: next image I post will be from Big Walnut; hope to see what you came up with at Brown Co.
I like the shot a lot kerry. The ULC, where the branch was, is also the darkest portion of the image, and I think the image still works if you crop the top so the top rock on the left is in the corner, eliminating a large portion of the dark area behind the falls. I really like the flowing water and rocks, and the composition.
