Drops...
Messing around in the yard today. These are some day lily leaves. I kinda liked the darker high contrast look of this. You....???

Here's a color version....I might like it better.

Incredible detail and tones you got there. I'm gonna go with the B&W on this one. The color seems a bit too saturated and contrasty. Its interesting how when the color is stripped from an image you can get away with a lot more contrast work without it being obvious. The second shot isn't bad at all, but the evidence of photoshop adjustments are more apparent. Still, both are very cool flora detail shots.

My vote is for the color version. I like the B&W but the color one has more of a wow factor for me.

B&W all the way for me, great tonality and the detail is more profound in monochrome IMO. Nice work my friend.

I'm up for the B/W version, love the tones.

I too vote for the color version.

My vote is for B&W. I think it has more drama.

B&W, no doubt about it. The drops are more prominent this way.

Great arrangement, Jeremy. The B&W is classic.

I think I like the color version the best. But the B/W certainly has lots of mood. But, I generally gravitate toward color, so take my choice with a grain of salt :)

Thanks for all the opinions guys. I really like both for different reasons. I have another B&W I'll post that has a bit more contrast, which may be pushing the limit really. I'll let yall be the judge. Thanks again.

I really like both, but I'll have to give a slight nod to the B&W, Jeremy. Love that sharp contrast and graphic feel. This would look great on someone's wall!

When I first saw the b&w, I thought wow, this is great. Then I saw the color - love the contrast and rich color. They both can stand on their own - not many images can do that. Both are great! But, I edge towards the color just a bit.
