I noticed a familiar name attached to Friday's Astronomy Picture of the Day, that of Tony Rowell, son of the late, great Galen. (see the APOD pic here) Maybe it's been common knowledge that his son is carrying on his father's legacy, but I hadn't heard of him until today. Have you guys? One look at his Web site shows a familiar penchant for leaning on the saturation slider, perhaps even more so than his father, but if you can put aside the garish, cartoon-like look of many of the images' colors, the guy's got his father's sense of adventure. He's even traced some of dear old dad's classic trips.

Todd...thank you for the link. You are right about the saturation in those pictures!!! I have never heard of him..... there are some very interesting shots....regards, Rajeev.

I think he'll fit into them as time goes on from what I see, and I agree with the saturation point you made Todd.

Definitely a chip off the old block. One guy that I can think of that did pretty well after his father was David Meunch. And some other guy named Grant something.

Grant Show? I loved him in "Melrose Place," but I'm unfamiliar with his dad's body of work.
(Yes, I was a MP junkie back in the day. Can you say Heather Locklear? Josie Bissett?)
