Infrared Pillsbury Crossing
After all the rain here lately I thought Pillsbury Crossing would be running pretty full so I headed out there this weekend. Well it was running full, to full to be able to get into any kind of decent shooting position without getting really wet. So I decided to shoot some of the surrounding area in infrared (IR).

This was taken with a Canon Rebel modified for IR.

Just as an FYI for those of you familiar with Pillsbury Crossing, here is a shot of the falls right now. The high water has carried a massive tree into the area behind the falls, pretty impressive what water can do.

I think the IR image is beautiful. Great composition, reflection, and just the right amount of toning. Nice work Scott.
