I ignored the forecast for floods and camped at the lake Fri. night, only had a few sprinkles but pretty solid cloud cover. The clouds made for a lot of white skies but were good for shooting waterfalls.
The creek was flowing fairly high but not flooding by any means. It was nice to see green again. It won't be long before the wildflowers are in full force.
Nice shot Ken! I really like how you captured the two tiers of falls in one shot (do you want to walk out on the middle fall and push that square rock over? That looks so tempting to me!).
I was wondering how the falls looked after all the rain lately. I think I will be heading down there sometime next week or weekend.
Nice group of photos, Ken. I like the shutter speed you used to capture the falls, the water flowing on the left is really neat.

Very nice work Ken. A couple of the waterfall images are very nice indeed. I wish the water had been running at this level when we were there in February ... but then again most of it would have been ice! Hummmm ... an ice fall.
Good shutter speed choice for the falls - they look awesome. Composition is great as well. I had planned to make it down there this past weekend, but it didn't work out. Maybe this weekend...
