Godwit in Buttercup
The second Godwit image in those nice yellow flowers. By getting as low as possible (with my arms and legs in the Stinging nettle) you get a nice low and painful POV. Not long and the first young will walk through the high grass and I can't wait to see these small and brave little fellows again.

iso 200 1/400 sec. F5.6 full frame

great shot the simplicity of the green and yellow complimenting colours work a treat.

beautiful image, the plumage is really complimented by the background, the out of focus yellow flower directly in front of the bird bothers me a little bit though, not sure if there's anything to be done though

God I hate you  fantastic shot

You know driving in Holland is difficult (Everythings in dutch) and for some strange reason they drive on the wrong side of the road and I kept forgetting but this was one place I could find amazing site for godwits
