Corn Bunting singing
Canon EOS 1Ds MKII, 600mm f4 IS, 1.4x conv, ISO 400, f5.6, 1/125, RAW, RSE, CS2, bean bag on car window ledge, full frame, big smile on my face

Hi All,

Had the pleasure of inviting fellow NPN'er Chris Lloyd over this morning to try our luck with the Corn Buntings. Well we had 20 mins or so with this very obliging little Corn Bunting, as the Sun rose it produced lovely back lighting and it was cold enough to show his breath as he sung to attract a mate. We also got some other nice portraits.

Good to be back out with the camera again after what seems an age stuck doing the 9-5

All comments welcome

Regards

Rob

Think I would have had a big smile on my face too Rob! A super image, lovely backlighting, and to capture the breath was a real treat and added bonus! Love it!!
