Denver Gallery/Studio Spaces Available Now - Tennyson Art Walk District

Currently there are two gallery/studio spaces available June 1st in the Tennyson Studios building, next to Bentwave and Gallery NRC along Tennyson Street in NW Denver. These spaces participate in the First Friday Art Walks, and have a private parking lot. One space is approximately 500 square feet, with a bathroom and a separate office area. The other is smaller at approximately 400 square foot total, which includes an office and a bath. The previous tenant rented both spaces, and that is an option also (there is an interior door separating the units). The track for gallery tracklighting is installed in both units. Rent is $600/month for the large space and $400/month for the smaller unit.

Sorry I forgot to mention that these spaces require one year minimum lease commitments

Man, if I only lived in Denver. Sounds like a deal.
