Hi all,

Here is another from a trip to Bempton cliffs a couple of weeks ago. Most Puffins were out at sea but some had come to the cliffs in search of the best nesting locations.

1DMK3, 500mm 1/1250, f5, ISO640

C&C welcome.

Thats a nice image. These mk 3's, cant be that bad AF if you're catching these in flight? How are you finding yours Austin?

Very nice Austin! Another bird on MY wishlist, although I know most people have them now.

Hi all, thanks for your feedback.

To answer your question Andy I have not really experienced problems with the AF. Operator error is my most likely problem if I have missed the focus !

I do play around with CFIII-2 depending on the situation.

Cheers

Hello Austin.

Nice capture and good detail in the bird.

I think I would darken the bright parts of the background on the right half of the image, as I find I keep looking at them.
