Marsh Harrier Hunting
Just back from a few days in sunny Norfolk. A great day on Monday when for once a Marsh Harrier came close enough for a half decent shot.

Nice that you could get close enough for a shot but its a shame its looking away from you & its a bit soft overall. Is this a young Harrier ?

This is quite heavily cropped Lee. It's an adult male.

Hi Matey!

Have you been out to hunt for Marsh Harriers too..?? You should have joined me over here at Texel.. :toast:
I like how the feet are hanging down in a typical Harrier way and you did get really close but i do agree the looking away is a bit of a pitty..
Hope to see you soon as Kingfisher season is starting somewhere next week..

Greetings,
