I recently bought the Capture NX2 software. It seemed like a great program when i learned it at a seminar, but whenever i load an image it shows up as just black. I tryed getting an update for it but i have the latest version. Is there any way to fix this?
Joe, What are the steps you're taking? I use a Mac and I read the card to iphoto, then open NX2. There I choose 'open image' and I can choose any folder or app. to bring in up to 20 images to work on. I can also import the iphoto folder to NX and create same in NX2. There you can work on unlimited shots.

It looks a basic set up problem. IF you are unaware, the best guy for NX2 is Jason P. Odell at http://www.luminescentphoto.com he wrote the The Photographer’s Guide to Capture NX2 and provides tutorial videos/DVDs. I find him the best source for all things NX2. I trust this helps.
