Since the Tioga Rd. should be open soon, I'm hope to make a trip over to Bishop. I haven't heard much about how the wildflowers in the Bishop area are this year. Is the iris bloom any good this year?
I don't know what the situation is with wildflower bloom in the Eastern Sierra.
I have some emails out waiting for a response. Normally the Tioga Rd. pass
doesn't open until Memorial Day or later. Of course, that's not too far away.
In the past I have gotten some help from the Mountain Light Gallery in Bishop.
Their phone number is 760 . 873 . 7700. If I learn anything, I'll pass the information
on to the California Forum.

Could swore I saw some blooming at the end of April but calling the visitor center might e a better source
