Hello All,
I have totally lost my mind as evidenced by the fact that in the middle of a recession, I'm opening up a photography studio and gallery!

I've upped my mental health benefit and am NOT quitting my day job :jump: (I can't, it pays for my mental health therapy!!), but beyond that, if anyone cares to share any stories or thoughts on good bad indiffernt experiences, what was the best piece of advice anyone gave you, what was the worse piece of advice anyone gave you, I'd be glad to hear them.

Thank you!

Pat :toast:

I've always thought that a "recession" is the time to re-invent yourself and start fresh. You have nowhere to go but up.

The one piece of advice I can give you Pat is to make sure you're in an art district or at least somewhat close to one, as it will help with traffic. Good Luck!

Richard, I'll admit - because it's a recession, that I was able to get a really great opportunity.

Christopher, thank you, the building is 2 doors down from a small arts center, but not what I would call an art district. Actually they (the town) are trying to make it an art district. I'm their test case.

So onward and upward! Off to fill my prescription for valium!!!
