Well at least it goes to show the 180mm hasn't "fossilised" since October last
Slightly hot in the lower part of the grass head but it's just nice to get a shot done in this god-awful weather - why is it that when the rain stops the wind starts blowing a hooley
Full frame - bit of a "grab" shot in between gusts!

Really accomplished shot Andy, very high standard.
Don't know if this was full-frame but if it wasn't I might be tempted to allow a smidge more room all round - this is being hyper critical though.
It's full frame and a single shot - way too windy for shooting stacks!
Dead right Ray - it's a bit cramped for me to be honest, but I was more concerned with getting it sharp from corner to corner, then pull out a bit for comp - but the weather had different ideas
Really nice work Andy, I know exactly what you've been experiencing where the weather is concerned.. Been really difficult getting any images of these at all..

Thanks for looking
The slightly hot bit of the perch isn't a problem.. the super damsel draws the eye very nicely indeed...
