Does anyone know where I'd call to report someone's pigeon with leg band #?
There was a non-"city" pidgeon standing in the middle of the road on a country road this afternoon as I was going by. I stopped, but there was a line of cars coming toward him the other way. 6 of the cars passed harmlessly over him, but, sadly #7 did not. He did not suffer, at least.
I have him and the band number, but don't have a clue where to call here in CA.
