Jack,
I'ts a nice shot and I just knew it was Tillamook Bay. To me it looks like the horizon is just a bit tilted. An easy fix I know (or is it just me?).

Jack, what is going on in the middle, it looks like you desaturated everything except the sky and the reflection

Love the colors and the mountains poking up through the fog/clouds. Also the s-curve of the water. Correct the slight tilt and its a winner!

I'd like to hear your thoughts on the 700 as well.
