Little Ringed Plover
In order to get some low angle shots of avocets, I was laying in the moistly mud of a pool bank. After half an hour, two little ringed plovers showed up and after a while one of them became inquisitive and came rather close to me. The little bird scratched around in the mud some time and offered me a few good opportunities to take some nice pictures.

Lovely image, I really like the light and the reflection works well with the composition.

Nice shot of a plover with a good reflection. These little birds are amazing - I had the priviledge of spending two hours photographing these last Saturday. :toast:

Double benefits Sandra from rolling around in the mud. A cracking shot and beautiful soft skin

Can't fault it.
