I've tried several stores in the Denver area and they are all booked up for next week. I'm going to RMNP next Monday and returning Weds. I don't know if anyone here in the Denver area would consider renting me a lens but you never know if you don't ask. I,m extremely careful with my gear and I'm going to an area that I want to know I have the best lens available and my 17-85 just isn't up to it. You can email me if interested. Thanks,

Jack

I've got one you can have for free

Seriously - look at http://borrowlenses.com. so far, they've taken good care of me...

This is great...I've often wondered about places to rent...I've got a whole folder of websites that come up on this site, just for future reference...

Thanks Nat, I went to that link plus a couple other sites and found some good prices. I cant get one in fast enough for this trip but I'll definitely look for one on future excursions,

Did you check with Camren here in Denver?

Yep, Camren was booked out. I had an offer through here for the lens and I really appreciate it. Thanks
