Hello everyone, I thought I'd mention I will be in the Capitol Reef NP area next week. If you happen to be in the area and see a 2005 silver/green Ford Escape with California plates and a tripod hanging out the window please flag me down. I'm always glad to meet NPN folks in person out in the field just to have a chance to take the time to say "hello". :wavey:

You bet John. Derek is a BIG contributor to our CANP region with photos and comments too. Overall, he seems to be taking in his new location along the California coastal area very well. Lots of places to shoot up there where he is located.
