MV Daybreak

Spent a few days traveling around the great SW...Monument Valley, Page, Grand Canyon, Albuquerque, etc. Mostly a family vacation, but tried to get out for some photos.

Nothing too new about this one...just a sunrise shot from the visitor center parking lot. I liked the colors though.

We also traveled several sections of Route 66 (my 3 year old is a big "Cars" fan...as far as he knew we were in Radiator Springs the whole time...). It was a fun roadtrip...what a beautiful country!

Looks like a great morning! Nice shot. I like the little details in the distance on the horizon, they add a lot of depth.

That was a fun series - nice work. I like your use of sky/silhouettes and empty space - as well as the attention to details. Did you find the owner of the red pumps on the bench?

Thanks! The car pictures are going into a special Route 66 album for my dad for Father's Day. It was a fun trip - can't wait to get out some more!
