Just got back from a great trip to Tahoe. The seasonal thunderstorms make for great skies and the shoulder season makes for great deals at the hotels

The Nevada side parks (Sand Harbor, Bonsai Rocks, etc.) are out of bounds right now as they shut down the road on that side of the lake for road construction until June (can't remember the date) so I concentrated my efforts on Emerald Bay as I was not too happy with my work from previous trips.

This time I got lucky!!!

D3/24-70 ND grad - 6 vertical shot pano

You sure did get lucky, what a beautiful sky. The composition overall is quite lovely too. I really should get out here some time! I would really suggest reducing the size and impact of your watermark though.. it's waaaay too imposing.

Cool perspective on Tahoe. I like it.

I would echo what Floris said about your watermark. It tends to overwhelm the image.

Wow! Awesome light. I also like the comp. I would probably darken the foreground slightly but it's also fine as is.

Nice scene, Enrique, but there's something HDR-like (or over-processed) about the entire foreground.

no HDR, just a ND grad and light bouncing off the bottom of the clouds above me. I did use a high pass mask to pull out detail and downsampling might have done something weird to the detail.

Can't help but love that sky! Agree with the others about the watermark and the foreground. Excellent job stitching this pano together.

Glad you got the clouds. They 're really something. It's a keeper. If you have noise software you could run it through some minor portions of sky and tone down the fg a little. That's just minor stuff.

I've tried it twice and no luck yet. The last weekend of April I was in almost white out conditions up there.

Nice use of that sky! The pano treatment works well with your composition. Good stuff!
