I'm leaving for Sioux Falls, SD on Wednesday and will have a couple of days to do some nature and wildlife photography. Recommendations for locations with 3-4 hours of Sioux Falls would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Ollie, I would suggest contacting Lon Sharp (an email link can be found on his Bison thread lower on this page) directly to ask for suggestions. He lives in the area and has photographed extensively there. Good luck and enjoy your trip to SD.
To the SE of Sioux Falls, more towards Sioux City, IA and areas north of there, you'll find the northern end of Iowa's Loess Hills. It's a very beautiful area (having been raised on the southern end of the Loess Hills)...
There are a lot of beautiful areas in that part of the Midwest. My suggestion would be to check out Google Earth or some topo maps for the area, and then start driving. I'd tend towards the river valleys, state rec areas, etc. I biked across South Dakota and recall lots of potholes where you might find wildlife.
I guess that my best suggestion is to just get in your car and focus on intimate landscapes...
