Printing Lab

I am looking to mail in a CD of jpeg images to a lab for printing, typically in 5x7 size. One place I have found is National Photo Lab. Has anyone done business with them, and how would you rate the quality of their work? I prefer mailing a CD to online, because sending out a 50 meg or so file would kill my system.
