Triassic encounter
A few weeks back when the Mayapples sprouted. I caught the forest in a steady rain leaving for nice conditions for interior shots. Some bluebells linger in the bg

Thanks for looking

Anthony, I like the nice repeating patterns in the FG flowing to the MG and the spot of color in the BG with the small trunk lines there as well. For me, the larger trunks on the right and left of the MG kind of disrupt the flow but it isn't a deal breaker. Nice image.

I like this shot, Anthony. The patterns in the FG leaves are interesting, the feeling of wetness comes through very well and the bluebells add a nice bit of interest in the BG. The sticks are a very minor distraction, but not a big deal for me at all. Good eye catching this scene!

Thanks again
I agree with the small saplings being a minor distraction. I moved around a lot for different perspectives but this was the best I could come up with. Sure I can clone them but Id rather not as nature is never perfect anyway.

I like this both with and without the bluebells in the background. I think would work very well with just the mayapples as frame fillers. The water droplets here are great.
