I haven’t posted for a while, I moved house after 30 years and have only just got back into taking pictures again. I have taken a quick look at this site from time to time, some wonderful work as usual.
I started by checking on the little owls and events didn’t turn out as expected. I scattered the mealworms as before sat back and waited. First up was this feller, not your average blackbird as you can see but very greedy and quite welcome to a feed. Next came the fox, he turned left into the farm yard, created havoc and left with a hen, that’s life!
Oh and the little owl cock bird did put in a brief appearance but just to look. Not the best shots in the world but an interesting evening.
