I've been after a shot of a co-operative female Banded Demoiselle for a while and finally had my chance last week.

Canon 40D with Sigma 150, f6.3, 1/100, ISO 200.

I had a cracking early morning with a large group of these myself last week - one of my favourite damsels and this simple complimentary composition and colours really suits the female.
