Woody Woodpecker
Hi Guys,

Just a Great spotted Woodpecker i photographed during a session in the woods where i host my Forest-birds 1:1 workshops. A great place where at this moment there are 4 Great spotted Woodpeckers visiting the feeding stations on a daily base.

Greetings,

Jeroen Stel

Cracking shot Jeroen.. Superb detail in the face but feel it drops of a little in the lower part of the wing. Maybe at f8.0-f10 would have brought that all into focus.. Otherwise it's better than anything I've ever achieved with these birds so would be extremely happy with it..

Great clean image again Jeroen. Exposure spot on for me and the slight oof on the lower wing doesn't distract me.

Superb! Fantastic detail in this. I had my first shot at these over the weekend and didn't get close enough. If I get one as good as this, I'll be ecstatic.

Good stuff.
A tiny bit "hard " on my monitor but no big deal.
Cheers
