Thundersorms EVERYDAY??
I'm really enjoying this anomalous Colorado rainfall, but is anyone beginning to wonder?

This was taken just after a thunderstorm moved over Golden, from Lookout Mountain.

Great catch! Talk about being in the right place at the right time.
We're getting the same weather pattern here in the SW corner of the state, and I'm really enjoying it! We'll have plenty of hot, sunny days soon enough.

It's funny, I live in Pueblo, and I've watched the storms almost every day start to look threatening, and then nothing happens but clouds. Then I hear on 850KOA about this or that Denver intersection being flooded, or all the lightning hitting the ground, and get a little bit jealous! Storms so often seem to split and go around us.

If you keep getting shots like this, you better hope for storms every day!

Bright rainbow Bryan. Good catch.

Great colors in that rainbow!

Yeah, these rains have been great. I'm sure we will be missing them soon.
Of course, those people with flooded cars and roof damage would beg to differ.
I was amazed to see the news reports last night. In the northern suburbs, we just had a few drops!

Not much happening in Colorado Springs lately, either. Can't say I mind, though...
On the other hand, I'd like to have the opportunity to grab a nice shot like that. Very good catch.

Nice catch! Personally, I'm getting a bit tired of this pattern. At least give us a little break until the typical monsoon season begins!

Yeah Todd is right, its been pathetic in Pueblo, no good lightning opportunities. This is real pretty, Bryan!

Yeah, I know what you mean about the weather. Kinda nice but scary at the same time. Beautiful image.

Thanks guys. I've always wanted to live in the green surroundings of Seattle, but without the perpetual cloud cover. Now I'm getting my wish!
