Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon

I read in the paper today that actor Kevin Bacon and his brother took part in a charity climb of Pikes Peak yesterday, and then played a three-song set on the summit. For those of us who have climbed Pikes Peak, doesn't this mean our six degrees of Kevin Bacon just lost a few steps?

I'm impressed that he climbed the mountain AND THEN sang a few songs! Probably came from sea level to do it, too.

I saw the same story today....said he had to take a couple of hits from an oxygen bottle before he began the show.

The Gazette reported a couple of days ago that they've been in town for at least a week prior to making the climb. Still not much in the way of getting acclimated.
