Hi All,
I've posted several times to different galleries, but always have a problem posting the optional larger size images. I get an error message that states the file I'm trying to load cannot be found.
I follow the guidelines of less than 1200 px on longest side and less than 500k file size. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Gary Sobonya
"File can't be found" probably doesn't have anything to do with size. Just make sure when the file upload dialogue comes up that you navigate to the folder where you have the image saved. The optional larger image can only be "uploaded" to the NPN server and not "linked." So I'm suspecting it's simply a matter of navigating to the proper folder. If the problem persists, I would send a note to Jim at editor@naturephotographers.net
