Sunset on the Arkansas River

It was a beautiful sunset on the Arkansas River this evening. This view is from the Cadron Creek Settlement Park outside of Conway, AR.

I was in this exact spot the Saturday before last. I found a struggle between foreground and sky that evening.

Beautiful sky, I would probably crop just a bit off the bottom, but that is just my two cents worth.

This is a beautiful sunset Karla. I think this shot would be even stronger if it were cropped from the bottom to a panoramic format. However, I can see that there are some subtle reflections in the immediate foreground that probably show up much better in a print or at full size on your monitor. Perhaps you could lighten this just a smidge to bring out the subtle detail--but not too much. Beautiful shot nonetheless.
