Whispering Pines Park - Father's Day, Early AM
Rod Chandler and I continually find loads of “flora” at this location. Things are changing all the time. These images were shot between 5:30 and 8 am.

D200
Tripod and remote
Nikkor f/2.8 70-200 VR + Canon 500D

#1 is a blended image, selected focus, 2 layers, stacked, aligned and merged in CS4.
#2 is a non-blended clover bloom.
#3 is also a non-blended clover bloom.
#4 is a non-blended Yellow bloom.

The early morning light was absolutely spot-on.

Thanks for looking.
Dave

All nice, David, but those first two are top notch! Really excellent work.

Great macro work. #2 really works for me.

Terrific! That second one looks like a sea anenome--wild!

Some excellent work. I really like the first two as well.

Wonderful work!
I like 'em all, with the first two as slight favorites.
What's that odd 'bubble' type thing above the yellow bloom?

I really like #1. Do you know what it is? I don't think I've seen it before.

I love going out with Dave to shoot. He is not only a master at capturing the field, he does some amazing work with processing. (Would you believe he is a retired designer?) Now you know why I have an inferiority complex when working along side him. :)
