Merced Camera Club Show

The Merced Camera Club has an exhibit
at Turlock now. Fellow NPN member,
Floyd Hopper, and I have 4 images each
in the exhibit. The show features the
work of about 11 Merced CC members with
approximatley 40 images on display.

The gallery is on the second floor of the
city hall building at 156 South Broadway
in Turlock. For those of you not familiar
with the area, Turlock is along SR 99 about
20 miles south of Modesto. The show will
be up until August 26.

Unfortunately, because of the economy, there
will not be a reception. Hence gallery viewing
hours are from 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.

We have a talented club. In March of 2008 the
Merced CC presented an hour program at the three
day "Shooting the West" photo symposium in Winnemucca,
Nevada.

Hopefully, some of you in the general area will be able
to see the show at Turlock.

Sounds great, good luck! Unfortunately it's a bit too far for me, but I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun.
