Butterfly Milkweed & rock
There have been some very nice butterfly milkweed images posted by the Kansas crew recently. I decided to share one of my recent attempts to get in on the milkweed action.

I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday weekend! :wavey:

Milk if for all its worth . . . Nice shot. There are lots of other species of plant present, but I cannot recall the names anymore! The rock, however, is good old limestone.

Hey Wayne, I like the shot. The rock "limestone" anchors the foreground and sets the stage for the rest of the shot. WELL DONE .....

Wayne. I like the way these elements lead your eye through the photo.
Nice job.

Wayne, very nice composition and as Merle pointed out the FG rock anchors the scene. Nice find.

Great shot, Wayne. The rock is a great anchor, and you captured great detail in the grass.

Nice work, Wayne. I like the variety of grasses you've shown, and the composition is well-balanced. Great shot!
