I took this last weekend; the wheat was probably harvested the next day. The unusual cloud formation is what caught my eye. Three exposure blend, minimal crop. I've also posted this in M&N so that a larger version would be available. C&C always welcome and appreciated.

Larry, that is a spectscular sky. The few green stalks sure give the fg some small anchors for the to follow until the eye takes to the main attraction.

This is really nice Rob, the sky is awesome! The light is very nice on the wheat field too. I like this as presented but I also think that a tiny bit more room LL would give the brown eyed susans (?) a more important role in the overall scene.
Hey Rob, I'm a little late coming to the dance on this one. I was in St Louis doing some dirt work for our kids. The forms and colors in the clouds really make the shot. I agree with Wayne about the flowers in the LL, but there are few things prettier than either sunrise or sunset over a Kansas wheat field.
Thanks for the input everybody. There isn't any more room to the left of the flowers; I'll admit I'm not sure I even saw them while shooting and they are blurry. I've cropped them out; I tried cloning but didn't like the results. I then had to get rid of the two tall weeds, because they looked out of place in the new crop.
