Once again I need an ID, can anyone help?
I think this is a juvenile Common Grackle - am I close?

I think it's a hatch year Brewer's Blackbird. I'd expect a Common Grackle of any age to show a paler bill.

Thanks Jim, it was hanging around with the Grackles but the bill didn't seem right.

I think the bill is a better fit to Common Grackle than to Brewer's Blackbird.

If it weren't for the jet-black color, slight de-curve and thickness of the bill, I'd agree with Richard. Of course, Richard lives with them and I only visit them...
