Barking at the moon
Clear sky almost full moon and its 84 degrees makes you feel good and I start howling at the moon. Soon be home.

Canon 1D3 canon 800mm on tripod cable trigger. ISO 1000 800mm f/8.0 1/125 sec RAW to lightroom then PS4 Cropped for effect then resized to post. Just trying a different approach.

Critique Comments Advice most welcome.

Thanks for looking.

Sorry, but I find full moons boring as there is no detail in them, try a half or quarter moon to see what I mean, you get loads of shadows across the mountains and craters, and colour too a full moon has very little colour in it because of its bright reflection.

Not sure if posting this link will be allowed:confused:, but just for comparison, here is one I took with a 40d 600mm +1.4x + 2x converters stacked at iso 100 f8 http://www.dizzygirls.co.uk/images/moon1a.jpg

Just to give you an idea of what I mean
