Hi,

Back to normality for now....

From Saturday, very much a grab shot as we were walking back to the cars, just caught a glimpse of this darter out the corner of my eye, and just had time to get down flat on the ground and fire of a few bursts whilst I got myself as lined up as I could.... Then had to get up again  as someone was anxious to get the BBQ started

All the best

Phil

Usual standard.
Good for a side view too.

that's some 'grab shot' Phil. It looks pretty much perfect to me, and a species I've yet to see.

Think about it like this Phil, had you of had the bbq before laying flat on the ground you would never of got up again.
Dont really see how you can call it a grab shot, I cant really fault it!!

There is something of the ballet about this pose, no nits, and a nice shot

Excellent Phil, composition is perfect and I like the hazy hints of complimentary shades in the BG.

Worth throwing yourself on the ground for Phil, and really well spotted. I walked straight past it.

Was worth prizing yourself off the floor for the bbq though

Take me five minutes to calm down before attempting your grab shot Phil.
Well done. :toast:
