I am only just starting to pay attention to moths and can't believe how stunning some of them are close up. I was lucky enough to find this Burnished brass today, apparently very common. As I was lacking a reflector I improvised using my silver mobile phone to bounce some light back onto the golden wings. Critique and advice welcome.
Thanks for looking,
Lewis.

Like the comp, B/g and inprovised reflected light too - just a touch tight on the fronds on right side top and bottom right.
Thanks Mark, Bertl and Austin, I appreciate the feedback. Looking at the image on here now the colour balance looks a bit on the yellow side, so have fiddled and reposted
A fine image Lewis, but I think you've overdone it with version 2. Somewhere in-between will be much better (I know, you can't win! ). But I really do like it.
