Never Summer Mountains
I set out this morning at the butt crack of dawn with a pre-planned idea of capturing the Never Summers in pano format. Light was ok, no real clouds as such over the Never's, but I did manage to get a few workable images.
Are these a Yah or a Nah, back to the drawing board, or keep them?.
First two are 2 image stitches, 3rd is a 2:1 crop from full frame.

Well I like them mostly becasue I've been thinking about trying the same thing. I think with some more interesting weather conditions this could be extra nice. Of all of them #3 is my favorite as the play of light and shadow works well. :toast:

They do all have very nice light, and I also like #3 and for the same reason as Doug.

Thanks guys, I agree that more dramatic clouds/weather is the ideal scenario, and #3 was my favourite of the bunch too!.

#s 1 and 3 are excellent. What is your stitching process? Great job!

#3 is definitely a keeper.

#2 is my favorite, followed closely by #3. Could have been worse with no clouds and you got a few. They all work well for me.

Very nice. Love the light in the second image.

My favorite is the first...I like the pink/purple light on the tips of the peaks. You're putting in the miles lately! Keep 'em coming!
