This is nice. I like the composition and the strong eye contact very much.

It's the eye contact that grabs you, well composed, I'd do something with that light triangle in the top right corner.

It looks like one of this years birds Major, nice pose but i'm not sure about the out of focus right hand stone work.

Works for me. A very small crop from the top to lose the white bit would finish it off perfectly.
