The Emerald City
I've never figured out why Seattle is nicknamed the Emerald City but if anyone is interested in shooting this particular scene now is the time....the sunset sky reflects off the buildings as seen from Queen Anne Hill.

The nickname "The Emerald City" was a result of a contest twenty five years or so ago, for those of us both old enough and having lived here for a long time may remember our old nickname was the "Queen City".

Hi Simon, it's been awhile....

Thanks for refreshing my memory. I've been here all of my 57 years but my memory seems to be somewhere else.
