PS Elements Question

I am currently using Elements 4 and was wondering if Elements 7 is a big upgrade? Is it worth the money to upgrade? Any help will be appreciated.

Not sure if you decided yet but I went from PSE5 to 7 and really like it.I find it easier to tweak b&w conversions because it allows you to adjust the color sliders like using a channel mixer.
