Hummer Going up the Stairs
Shot this morning (07-17-09) at the River Legacy Park in Arlington, TX, just reminded me of climbing a stairway. I didn't see it that way when I pressed the shutter, but serendipity happens . . . I take no credit for it. Incidently, the plant is some kind of Yucca. Subject is a Black Chinned Hummingbird male(immature).

Love the title and the shot. The color and "staircase" of the flowers add a lot of interest.

I continue to be amazed at your hummer series, Daniel. They are such difficult subjects to capture well, and you seem to be on a roll right now. Great shot!
