Clear View from Petit Jean
Saturday morning I met the sunrise from atop Petit Jean at the gravesite overlook. I took many shots of the sunrise, but this shot of the sunrise illuminating the greens of summer was my favorite.

3 shot HDR merged with CS3 minimal adjustments made with Topaz Adjust. ISO 100 f18 0.625s

Nice view and great quality of light here. BTW-it sure looks like one image and not an HDR.

Karla, I never get tired of this view from Petit Jean. The "S" curve in the road pulls my eye through you shot. Sunrise is pretty early this time of year!

A classic Karla. I agree with Tom I always love the S curve of this road from that view point. The hdr looks very natural also.

There have been so many beautiful photos posted from Petit Jean that I know I must get it on my list of places to see and photograph. A pretty vantage point and as mentioned the road leads my eyes nicely through the frame. Thanks for sharing.
