RMNP isn't one of the wildflower hotspots by any means, but there's been a fairly good display here and there in the park this year. The following images are a mix of what I've taken over the course of a few weeks. Although none of these are probably going to be printed, thought I'd share them here anyway.
Canon 5Dii + 24-105 4L and Canon 20D + Tamron 28-75 2.8
#1 Flowers in Horseshoe park, I shot this at sunrise, and an hour or so after, this one being an hour after. The position of the surrounding peaks and sunrise really made it tricky to control the exposure, though this one is a little harsher with the lighting, I prefered over the sunrise versions.
Hi Nick, Number 4 would be worth shooting again great composition. The wind sure can cause havoc shooting wildflowers especially in Rocky.

I really like #3. Great layering. You might try to pull a little more life out of the shadows in the upper left, for added balance. Maybe not, just a something to try. Nice!

Oooh, very nice. I love that first one, Nick. You've really been taking advantage of your Fridays off! Try 'n save some scenes for the fall, will ya. ;)
I am on #4 band wagon as well given the slow shutter and lush vegetation. The ant in #3 is interesting, but too small and the flowers dominate (I assume this is your intent). Might have been fun to pull your macro lens and get an intimate ant vs flower image.
Like always, your composition on all of them are very good.
All of these ae vey nice shots Nick. I like how the se runs through the shot on #3 and also how the stream runs through the shot on #4. Nice comp on those!
