Looks quite harsh light here, but saying that a little fill flash would have bought the face out a little more. It seems a little untidy as an overall image but from what I recall a better clear shot of a great tit.

Same issue as Barry has in USA, it looks a touch backfocussed and generally soft - is this the Canon 800mm lens
