Was up a couple wknds ago for just a day but what a nice day. Flowers were starting to come up nicely. I'm hoping this is THE wknd for flowers. Would love to meetup with a few others if anyone is interested? I've only been on lakes trail so this time I'm going to hit that on sat and then on sunday I'll hike glacier lake trail.
I drive a white chevy s10 pickup with white topper. Not sure what my signal will be like up there but u can try my cell 303 250 7771.
Took this one 2 wknds ago hand held this time I'll be bringing my tri pod.

Hey Kurt, we found a gorgeous sunrise location (very cool tarn) last year along the Lakes Trail, past and above Lookout Lake. Definitely worth checking out...
Love that shot Scott,
I actually found your website when I was doing a google for more info on snowy range. You still have your BMW? I have an old K75s that I rode up 2 wknds ago, this time i'm taking my truck so I can car camp.

Very nice capture Scott..the light is perfect and the water flow is just right!
I love the Snowies. So many possible photo locations in a relatively small area. The columbines were incredible at this time last year. Let us know what you find up there this weekend!
Just got back from Snowy,
Ended up only being one nite/day as the rain finally unleashed itself and I did not stay the extra nite/day to see if it was going to clear up. The weather for the most part was terrible. I headed out on the Lakes trail at 5:15am and it was cloudy all day except for about an hour. And that’s when the wind decided to pick up. Anyhoo enough of my crying, all and all it was a wonderful day for my eyes. I will say this much, get your butt’s up there NOW! It’s simply beautiful, fields and fields of flowers everywhere. Few patches of columbine here and there but mostly it was your run of the mill yellow, white, blue and a few red. Sorry I am not up to speed on the names, most that I saw we’re at there peak or just past it, but there we’re lots of new buds that should be opening this week. I took a quick peek in the lake Marie area and didn’t see much, there were still some down by the lake Marie falls but nothing like it was two wknds ago when I was up there for a quick day/scouting trip. O and I saw my first wildlife up in Snowy (2 Moose) Fri. nite when I headed back down to Centennial for some pizza. I hope to have a couple of my photos posted tomorrow. One final word, don’t forget that mosquito repellent it’s downright nasty out there.

Have a great trip (I'm jealous).
