Capture NX2 and Straight Lines

Is it possible to create a visible straight line from one point on a photograph to another with NX2?

I want to draw descriptive lines of the stars of the Big Dipper on an International Space Station photo.

I went to Nikon tech support but could not get their search engine to respond to my parameters. Please give key-strokes if this can be accomplished.
